Kimberly A. Gilbert-Toelle, Esq., an attorney in West Virginia, has worked as a settlement attorney for over 35 years, serving as Operations Manager for several regional and national settlement firms, and as Underwriting Counsel and Continuing Education coordinator for United General Title Insurance Company in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Kim came to West Virginia in 2012 when she had an opportunity to lead the expansion of Brennan & Associates, PLLC into the State. Kim joined Raber Law Offices, PLLC in November 2019 as the Director and Attorney for the newly formed Relocation Operations division headquartered in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Kim has experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the purchase and financing of new subdivisions, shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, retail buildings, and other unique and varied properties. Her residential experience includes purchases, sales, and financing of traditional as well as relocation, foreclosure, and short sale transactions.
Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Kim is a member of the bar in West Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is a licensed title insurance producer in West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia, and was previously a licensed Title Attorney in the District of Columbia.
In addition to her practice of law, Kim has served as Executive Board Member of the Shenandoah Area Council, Boy Scouts of America from 2015 to 2018 and currently serves as Chair of the Council’s Advancement Committee and Scouting for Food Committee, as a member of the Potomac District Committee formerly the Acting Chair of the District Eagle Committee, and as a member of the Committee for Pack/Troop 23 chartered to St. Leo Catholic Church in Inwood, WV. Kim also serves on the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors Membership Committee, Community Service Committee, and Education Committee and has conducted several Professional Development Education courses. At St. Leo Catholic Church in Inwood, WV, Kim serves with the Homeless Ministry, the Gift Card Ministry, and the Welcome Ministry in addition to assisting with other activities, events and ministries. Kim has also served as President and Vice President of her Homeowner’s Association.
